Avoid over-indulging on foods which your body finds hard to detoxify, such as red meat, dairy products, white bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, white bread, fried food, sugar, alcohol,tea, coffee and soft drink. A 12 year study of 90,659 women aged 26 to 46 as found that high red meat comsumption may be associated with the increased risk of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer in premenopausal women.
