Hands

You don’t have to wash your hands all the time just to keep them clean. Opt for a hand sanitizer that wards of bacteria from your hands after wash. The more you wash your hands, the dryer they become. Don’t forget your hand moisturizer.

Face

It is important to remove all your make-up before going to sleep in order to maintain healthy skin. If you don’t, your pores may get clogged. When this happens, your skin will be susceptible to things like pimples and blemishes.

Skin

The right body lotion can do wonders for your body skin. If you have dry, flaky skin, use an intensive moisturizing lotion instead of a lightweight moisturizer for normal skin. Try a small amount onto the back of your hand to see how your skin reacts.

Feet

If you suffer from dry, cracked heels, try this: before you go to bed each night, apply a generous amount of cracked heel cream onto the problem areas, then put on a pair of socks so that the cream absorbs better and doesn’t stain your sheets.

Hair

If your hair is greasy and you need a quick fix, sprinkle some talcum powder onto it to absorb excessive oil. And when you are conditioning your hair, don’t apply directly onto scalp as it will weigh down hair and make it look limp. Just apply to ends of the hair.
